Parameters:

[in]	EventCode	-- PAPI event code
[out]	*ntv_name	-- pointer to a string to hold the name
[in]	len	-- length of ntv_name string

Return values:

PAPI_OK	The event was found and converted to a name
PAPI_ENOEVENT	The event does not exist
PAPI_EBUF	The event name was too big for ntv_name
