Parameters:

[in]	code	-- libpfm4 code to convert
[out]	**event_name	-- pointer to a string pointer that will be allocated

Returns:

returns a libpfm error condition

If in the default PMU, then no leading PMU indicator. Otherwise includes the PMU name.
