SPI_SETFONTSMOOTHINGTYPE

Used to set the font smoothing enabled for the system. Set pvParam to either FE_FONTSMOOTHINGSTANDARD or FE_FONTSMOOTHINGCLEARTYPE. Not supported on Windows 2000.
